We can assess your Resting Metabolic Rate which will tell you how many calories you use at rest and we can determine your body composition. This information will then be used to develop an eating plan that will meet your body’s specific requirements and your performance goals.
Your personalised eating plan and ongoing coaching is provided by Karen Chugg, a registered Dietitian & Psychotherapist. Karen has coached a variety of athletes including marathon runners, cyclists and triathletes.
