Therapeutic Massage Therapist - MFHT
After deciding to retrain and change my career having specialised for 16 years in corporate PR and marketing, I qualified in 2010 with an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Holistic Massage and an overall distinction.
I joined the team in June 2011 as a therapeutic massage therapist and have also enrolled as a student at The Massage Training School, studying my BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage.
Currently, I specialise in deep tissue and relaxation massage which is beneficial in helping to mobilise tight muscles, improve circulation, break down adhesions and waste products and ultimately reduce tension and the effects of stress.
Working in massage therapy is such a dynamic and rewarding profession that can offer real healthcare benefits to people. I am delighted to be part of such a professional and gifted team of specialists.
